As we still await warmer weather, we decided to pass the time by putting together a list of our must-haves for spring. We’ve never been ones to shy away from trying new trends and have so much fun revamping our wardrobes and houses for each season.
1. Animal Print Everything
Seriously, give us all things animal print this season. If you haven’t already noticed, animal print is about to be everywhere and we are not mad about it. It is such a fun way to add a pattern to a neutral color pallet. Katherine recently bought this leopard print swimsuit and I’m loving this snakeskin blouse – Amy
I’m a huge fan of a good BB cream (I normally don’t wear foundation unless it’s a special occasion haha) and this one fits the bill. I like that this one has buildable coverage, is vegan and has SPF 20 – Katherine
Hair barrettes are v in this spring. I bought these and wore 2 to clip back my bangs, I loved the look and got so many compliments! – Katherine
Katherine and I love adding greenery to every room of our homes. Now that the sun will be shining more, I decide to buy a small ceramic hanging planter to put in the window above my kitchen sink. The one I bought isn’t available online anymore, but I also love this cement planter which would look great with any style of decor. – Amy
Speaking of plants, even though I love having them in my home, I don’t always have the greenest thumb. (Plants and I have a very love/hate relationship) Figuring out how to take care of each plant can be tricky. If this sounds familiar, you need this book! I saw it at a local store and have been planning on buying it ever since. It walks you through how to care for plants step by step and even breaks it down by type of house plant. Plus, it will make a cute coffee table book. – Amy
Nothing says warm weather like a glass of sparkling rosé! My coworker introduced me to this one, and it’s not overly sweet; it’s perfectly balanced and the sparkle just makes it! – Katherine
One of my favorite parts of spring is bringing out the patio furniture! I like to add new accent pieces to change up the vibe a bit each year. These fringe pillows are so cute and really bring that boho feeling to my outdoor space. – Katherine
8. Denim Jacket
A denim jacket has become a staple in my wardrobe over the past couple of years. Last year I bought this jacket from Old Navy and seriously love it. I decided to go up a size so it would be a little bit big and fit more like a “boyfriend” style. – Amy
I love this scent for spring! It’s so fresh and clean, and not overwhelming or too floral like you might think. I also love that it is made of coconut wax and clean burning. – Katherine
10. Cut Out Booties
Warmer weather = good bye winter boots! These are such a cute transition shoe from winter to spring. Amy has them and loves them. I actually bought these last year and had to return them because my swollen pregnant feet didn’t fit in them, haha. So I’m excited to try them again! They are identical to a pair from Anthropologie but at a fraction of the cost! – Katherine
