Paloma’s are my #1 favorite cocktail. Not gunna lie, being pregnant all last summer was hard – mostly because I missed drinking these! They are my go-to summer cocktail, soo easy to make, light, and refreshing. Checks off all my must-haves for a drink.
I usually order the San Pellegrino grapefruit soda in bulk at the beginning of every summer, because these drinks are a hit at all of our “pool days” – which consist of a baby pool in our backyard, hah! It works. I promise you, once you try this drink you’ll never look back! (I actually prefer a Paloma over a marg, and they’re way easier to make!)
- 2 oz Tequila reposado
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Grapefruit soda
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
To make the cocktail:
- combine tequila and lime juice in a glass
- fill glass with ice
- top with grapefruit soda
- garnish with a grapefruit slice & enjoy!
